How to measure the sales your store search brings in
The AlFinder dashboard shows the revenue, conversion rate and units sold that came through search and recommendations. The Home page gives the totals and your top and negative searches, the Analytics page breaks results down day by day for any date range, and Search Analytics splits searches into text, voice and image.

The Home page: your scoreboard
The Home page shows the total revenue that came through AlFinder's search and recommendations since you joined, your conversion rate, the units sold through AlFinder and the number of searches in the last 7 days. It is the quickest answer to "is this working for my store?"
Below the totals, you see what shoppers search for: your top searches of the last 7 days, and the positive and negative searches of the past month.
Negative searches: your to-do list
A negative search is one where shoppers searched but nobody clicked a result. Each one is a hint about what to fix.
- Shoppers search "جوال" but your products are titled "هاتف": add a synonym.
- Shoppers search for a brand or scent you don't carry, such as a specific دهن عود: a product worth considering.
- Shoppers use a common name your product titles don't mention: improve the title.
The Analytics page: results day by day
The Analytics page breaks results down by feature: search, recommendations, frequently bought together and pinned products, each with its revenue and conversion. It also shows clicks, add-to-carts, orders, units sold and recommendation revenue for each page type, such as product, cart and home pages.
Pick a Start Date and End Date to look at any period, for example the month before and after a campaign. Figures are compiled once a day, so today's searches and orders appear tomorrow. Days are counted in your store's time zone, and amounts are shown in your store currency.
Search Analytics and sharing reports
Search Analytics focuses on search alone: the revenue it brought, the number of orders, its positive and negative searches, and how your searches split between text, voice and image. It is the place to see whether shoppers are using voice and photo search.
Each page has a download button, so you can save the report and share the numbers with your team or partners without giving them dashboard access.
How to set it up

Common questions
Why don't I see today's numbers?
Analytics are compiled once a day, so today's searches and orders appear after the next daily update, usually tomorrow.
What counts as a negative search?
A search where shoppers did not click any of the results. It usually means the product they wanted is named differently in your store, or you don't carry it.
Which revenue does the Home page count?
The total contribution is the revenue generated through AlFinder's features, search and recommendations, since you joined. The Analytics page splits it by feature for any date range.
Can I share these reports with my team?
Yes. Home, Analytics and Search Analytics each have a download button, so you can save the report and send it by email or chat.
