1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Alfinder's AI Commerce Intelligence Platform ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Alfinder provides an AI-powered search and conversion optimization suite for e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Salla, Zid, and WooCommerce. The Service includes AI Search, Smart Recommendations, AI Shopping Assistant, Voice Search, Image Search, and Analytics features.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Alfinder offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Fees are charged in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Free Trial
New accounts may access a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Trial accounts may have feature limitations.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service; transmit malicious code; use the Service to process fraudulent transactions; resell or sublicense the Service without written permission; circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
Alfinder retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the AI models, software, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of your store data and content. By using the Service, you grant Alfinder a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Alfinder does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific conversion rate improvement. Results vary by store.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfinder's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Linz, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
