On servers in Germany (EU). AlFinder receives your products, categories and order data such as purchased products and order value. It does not receive customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.

Yes. When you add, edit or delete products and categories in Shopware, the changes reach AlFinder automatically, so search results and recommendations match your current catalog.
