About the role

Every new AlFinder customer talks to you in their first week. You walk merchants through setup on Salla, Shopify, or Zid, configure their search and recommendations, and make sure the first results they see in the dashboard are a win.

Beyond onboarding, you run day-to-day support: WhatsApp, email, and the in-app chat. You triage technical issues, escalate edge cases to engineering with reproducible context, and feed real merchant friction back into the product roadmap.

What we're looking for

  • Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken. Most merchants will message you in Arabic.
  • 2+ years in customer support, customer success, onboarding, or implementation roles.
  • Technical comfort. You can read API docs, walk a merchant through an embed snippet, and tell whether a bug is on our side or in their theme.
  • Calm under pressure. You can hold a conversation with a stressed merchant whose store launches tomorrow without losing the thread.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce merchants or B2B SaaS users is a strong plus.
  • Bias to documenting. Every recurring question you answer becomes a help-center article.
