At Alpha Digital Minds we are building the AI layer for conversational commerce. Our work sits between applied research and production engineering, and our customers are live merchants across the MENA region.
You will work directly with my co-founder Bashar and our academic research partner to help build our knowledge graph retrieval system, the foundation of the personalization engine for our products. You will also design and own the lakehouse and the pipelines that feed it.
What we're looking for
- Solid Python and a track record of shipping data and AI systems to production.
- Real experience with big data tooling and lakehouse architectures (Delta, Iceberg, or similar).
- Hands-on work with knowledge graphs. If you have built or contributed to Graph RAG systems, even better.
- Comfort moving between research papers and production code. You will not be in pure R&D, but you will not be in pure shipping mode either.
- Around 4+ years of relevant experience.
- E-commerce domain experience is a strong plus.
- Java is a nice to have, not a filter.
