Meet your new search
Typos, meaning and filters, handled for you
Once AlFinder is live on your store, shoppers can misspell a word, describe what they want in their own words, and narrow the results with filters inside the search itself. None of that needs setting up. What is yours to shape is how the search looks, so it feels like part of your store and not a tool bolted onto it.

Why search decides so many sales
A shopper who types into your search bar usually knows what they came for. If the search answers with nothing, or with the wrong products, most of them do not try a second time. They close the tab.
Shoppers in the Gulf make this harder than it looks. The same word gets typed as عباية or عبايه, a phone is a جوال to one shopper and a موبايل to the next, and many mix Arabic and English in one search. Smart search is built to read all of these, so fewer searches end in a dead end.
What works on its own, and what you adjust
Three things work from the moment the search goes live. The look of the search is in your hands, and it takes a few minutes to set.
- Automatic: typo tolerance, so a misspelled word still finds the right products.
- Automatic: search by meaning, so a need like "gift for dad" finds products that are never called a gift.
- Automatic: filters inside the search, so shoppers narrow results by colour, size or price without leaving it.
- Yours to set: the search bar text and colours, the results layout on web and mobile, the no-results message, and the product card.
A sensible order to set it up
Start on your storefront, not in the dashboard. Search the way your customers do: with a typo, with a description instead of a product name, and with a broad word you then filter. This shows you what is already working.
Then open Search and go through the Appearance group: the search bar first, then the results, then the content design. Finish with Customize product card, because the card appears in your results and, if you choose the product card design, in the search dropdown too. Save, and check the result on both a phone and a computer.
